State Disclosure Statements

The 蝌蚪窝 is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, also exempt as a public charity under 509(a)(1), and 170(b)(1)(A)(ii) of the IRS Code. The 蝌蚪窝 raises, invests, and solicits private contributions for its benefit. The 蝌蚪窝 is registered to solicit charitable contributions with the appropriate governing authorities in all states requiring registration.
