Doors will open at 3:30 p.m. The guest entrance is at 929 N. Water Street. From there, directional signage will guide you to the Bradley Pavilion. For those parking in the Marcus Center Parking Structure, we encourage you to enter the Marcus Center via the skywalk entrance. More information about parking and directions below.

Students should bring their full regalia (Gown, Hood, Tassel, Tam) with them. Your regalia is for you to keep after the ceremony.

Yes. Elevators and ramps are located throughout the building. All entrances are wheelchair accessible and wheelchair services can be provided upon request.

No tickets are required.

Each student may invite up to 10 guests of their choice.

If you have more than 10 guests, please email MCWEvents@mcw.edu.

Depending on traffic, it is approximately a 12-minute drive to get from the main MCW campus to the Marcus Center.

We encourage all students and guests to enter the Marcus Center via the skywalk entrance. To access the skywalk from the parking structure, take the stairs or elevator in the southeast corner of the structure and go to the third floor (roof level). From there, directional signage will guide you to the Bradley Pavilion.

MCW is pleased to welcome Shane Angus, CAA, MSA as our keynote speaker.

Shane Angus is the Executive Program Director for the Master of Science in Anesthesia (MSA) Program at Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, overseeing students, faculty, and staff across four national locations. A Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant since 1999, he brings extensive clinical, teaching, and leadership experience, including helping expand the program through new locations, accreditation, and clinical partnerships.

Since 2021, Shane has served as Chair of the Association of Anesthesiologist Assistant Education Programs (AAAEP), providing national leadership and guidance to emerging programs and directors. He is also a longtime Board member of the Anesthesia Patient Safety Foundation (APSF) and former Chair of the ARC-AA, contributing his expertise to anesthesia education, workforce, and patient safety initiatives.

The entire MCW community is invited to lend its support to the 2026 graduating students by attending the ceremony in person, or virtually via MCW鈥檚 YouTube channel.

Students should report to the Bradley Pavilion with their regalia for robing no later than 3 p.m. We will be conducting a quick rehearsal on stage between 3:05 p.m. and 3:30 p.m.

Students should return to their robing room location to receive their official diploma following the ceremony, and prior to meeting up with family and friends.

Professional photographers will be taking photos of each graduate at the ceremony. Guests should refrain from approaching the stage to take pictures or video during the ceremony. The ceremony can be viewed live or any time after.

The ceremony will last approximately one (1) hour.
