What I like most about working with the MCW Pediatric Residents is the opportunity to celebrate with them as they achieve their goals 鈥� whether that be through their licensure process, matching into a fellowship, or even personal life goals. Through conversations with them about their lives, hopes, dreams, and challenges, I feel that I am able to connect with them on a more personal level, and find ways that as their coordinator I can help them either obtain or expand on these opportunities.
